Melissa is our Office Manager and the welcoming face you'll meet when you first arrive at Advanced Endodontics. Her warm demeanor, organizational expertise, and genuine care for every patient help ensure each visit runs smoothly from start to finish. Melissa is dedicated to making sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your time with us. One of the practice's longest-tenured team members, Melissa originally joined under Dr. Mark Odom — the endodontist who founded the practice before Dr. Campbell took over — and has been an integral part of the Advanced Endodontics family for more than 30 years.
Kacee
Since joining our practice in 2021, Kacee has become the steady heartbeat of our clinical team. Her skill, compassion, and calm presence make a real difference for patients — especially those who are nervous about treatment. She takes pride in making every patient feel safe and cared for throughout their visit.
Sydney
Sydney is primarily the friendly face you'll meet at the front desk, where her passion for patient care shines through in every interaction. She recently earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro — a reflection of her deep commitment to whole-body wellness that enriches the care she provides each day. When other assistants are away, Sydney also steps in chairside, a testament to her versatility and dedication to the team.
Dasheia
Dasheia is a warm and skilled Dental Assistant who brings energy and genuine care to every patient interaction. Her commitment to exceptional chairside service helps ensure that every visit to Advanced Endodontics is a positive and comfortable experience. Dasheia received her Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Social Science in 2024 — a background that deepens her understanding of patient behavior and anxiety, allowing her to connect with patients on a personal level and help them feel at ease throughout their treatment.
Phoebe
Phoebe plays a vital behind-the-scenes role at Advanced Endodontics, overseeing the sterilization of all instruments and equipment. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety help ensure every patient receives care in a clean, properly sterilized environment.
Christina
Christina began working at Advanced Endodontics during the COVID pandemic as Dr. Campbell's assistant for emergency care. She now manages the practice website, oversees supplies, and designs the office's welcoming environment. She especially cherishes the holidays when all six of her and Dr. Campbell's children are home for the holidays.
